You read it right: potentially new colleagues! Because of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Tax Manager to join us, based in Antwerp, Belgium (60%) and Waalwijk, Netherlands (40%).

Where will you end up?
In the international tax team of the entire automotive group! You'll be responsible for all tax-related matters in Belgium. In this role, you'll report directly to the Tax Director, with a reporting line to the CFO Belux as well.
Your workday
Welcome to a dynamic environment where each workday brings fresh challenges. As a Tax Manager, you'll tackle a role filled with responsibility, making each day count!
- You kick off the day by delving into tax planning. You craft and execute tax strategies that harmonize with our company's growth objectives while adhering to local laws and regulations.
- Subsequently, you oversee the transfer pricing policy and documentation to ensure alignment with local regulations.
- However, there's an additional aspect to your job; you aro also responsible for supervising and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and submission of all necessary tax returns, encompassing corporate income tax, VAT, sales tax, and more.
- Additionally, you work together with external tax advisors and legal counsel to handle tax audits, inquiries, and disputes.
Finally, you identify and evaluate tax risks linked to the company's activities and transactions, establishing controls and procedures to minimise these risks and ensure compliance.

Who are you?
- You already hold a Degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
- Plenty of experience in a similar role is a must: at least 4-5 years of experience as a tax advisor (at a big 4 company) or as an in-house tax professional.
- You know Belgian corporate income tax, VAT, and transfer pricing like the back of your hand.
- Experience with Luxembourgish taxes is a plus.
- You're a master of written and verbal communication in Dutch and English. Can you également communicate en français? That's an excellent addition!
- Dedicated, persevering, proactive, organised, and methodical aren't just buzzwords for you; they simply describe who you are.
- You have a strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a practical mindset.
